We were looking for help with accounts and administration within our small business and found Simply Balanced Solutions/Alison. Alison provided a flexible service to work around our somewhat unpredictable schedule and her own time. She carried out a number of tasks for us efficiently and her knowledge and initiative often helping with other areas of the business. She efficiently and quickly brought us up to speed after a backlog of accounts entries and stock inconsistencies. Although Alison only worked with us for a few hours every week she also supported us outside of these hours, quickly responding to our accounts or bookkeeping queries. We were also impressed by Alison’s approach and accuracy when filing returns and completing documentation. She provided a refreshing approach to her work, with a confidence and ability which helped us to focus on other areas of the business.
